By accessing or using the Dharani Real Estate website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Dharani Real Estate is a licensed real estate brokerage registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), a division of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), under the above registration numbers. All advisors are individually RERA-certified and hold valid broker cards.

Escrow obligations (off-plan): All off-plan projects marketed by Dharani Real Estate are required by Law No. 8 of 2007 to have a RERA-registered escrow account. Dharani Real Estate verifies escrow registration before listing any off-plan development.

Commission: Real estate broker commissions in Dubai are typically 2% of the transaction value for sales and 5% for rentals (paid by the buyer/tenant unless otherwise agreed in writing). All commissions are disclosed and agreed in the Form A or Form I before execution.

All property listings, prices, yields, appreciation figures, floor plans, and descriptions on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. They are indicative and subject to change without notice.

• Advertised prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude DLD transfer fees, agent commission, and municipality charges unless explicitly stated.
• Property images and virtual renderings may be indicative and may not reflect the final delivered product.
• Rental yields and capital appreciation projections are based on historical market data and are not a guarantee of future performance.
• Buyers and tenants should conduct independent due diligence, including title deed verification via the Dubai REST application.
