Dharani Real Estate ("we", "us", "our") is a RERA-licensed real estate brokerage operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our registered office is located at 911, Regal Tower, Al Mustaqbal Street, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use our website, contact us, or engage our services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with:

We do not collect special categories of data (health, religion, political views, biometrics) and do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising profiling.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and in compliance with UAE regulatory requirements:

• Enquiry records: 5 years (RERA and DLD record-keeping obligations)
• Email marketing consent: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
• Cookie consent records: 1 year
• Analytics data: 13 months (aggregated); raw data deleted after 90 days

We may share your data with:

• RERA / DLD: As required by UAE real estate law
• Our CRM provider: To manage enquiries and advisor assignments (data processing agreement in place)
• Email service provider: To send property updates you have opted into
• IT and security providers: Hosting and cybersecurity (under data processing agreements)

All third-party processors are contractually required to handle your data per applicable data protection law. We do not transfer data outside the UAE/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

You have the right to:

• Access - obtain a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correction - correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion - request erasure where no legal basis to retain exists
• Restriction - limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
• Portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format (GDPR)
