Akbar Hassan Dharani

Akbar Hassan Dharani is the Founder and CEO of Dharani Real Estate LLC.

An entrepreneur and international investor, Akbar’s commercial perspective has been shaped by business activities and investments across North America, the Gulf and Asia.

Before establishing Dharani Real Estate, he built and operated a successful electronic payment-processing and merchant-services business in Houston, Texas, for more than fifteen years.

That experience developed a business philosophy centered around relationships, customer service, negotiation, accountability and long-term value.

His academic interests have included International Relations at the National University of Singapore and graduate studies in Social Psychology, contributing to his interest in international markets, cultures, human behaviour and relationship-building.

Dubai eventually became more than a market of interest. It became a market in which he personally chose to invest.

That experience contributed to the establishment of Dharani Real Estate.

Akbar’s objective is not to present himself as someone who has spent decades selling Dubai property.

His perspective is different. He approaches real estate as an entrepreneur and investor.
